Martin Kragh is head of
the Russia and Eurasia Programme at the Swedish Institute of International
Affairs. Kragh is a member of the board of directors of the Sverker Åström
Foundation and Transparency International Sweden.
Kragh was born in
August 9, 1980. He defended his PhD at the Stockholm School of Economics in
2009, and specializes in the economic and political development of Russia and
the former USSR.Now he is associate professor at the Uppsala Centre for Russian
and Eurasian Studies as well as is head of the Russia and Eurasia Programme at
the Swedish Institute of International Affairs.
Martin kragh is
research leader for the Uppsala Forum on Democracy, Peace and Justice. He
guides for many important political and social causes.
In
addition to his research, He also writes about Russia and Eastern Europe for
Swedish newspapers and other journals. He is now citizen of
Sweden. He owns many awards and grants.
